Silence use to be a normal thing but today it has become a rarity with the advent of the boombing auto noise that permiates the atmosphere of our communities..Yet noone seems to remember a time when that kind of sound was an invasion of our privacy and disturbance of the peace..Music is one thing ..noise is yet another and balance is all but forgotten..not to mention the respect for others who don't want to be bombarded with this sensless racket.. It's similar to a drug addict needing his fix..and doesn't care about himself or anyone else as long as he get his fix..Am I alone on this view? Are there others who see this?
